What happens to a league once the season ends?

All the season's data is kept in a safe place and is still accessible through your browser even after the season ends. The season's end date only limits any games from being scheduled past it (some flex time is allowed in case of unpredicted rescheduling).

How long do we have to pay for?

You only pay for the length of your season, rounded to the nearest week. Once your season is over you do not have to pay anything until the next season.

Can I manage more than one league with the same account?

You bet. Leaguesmart makes it super simple to switch between any of the leagues that you are involved in as a league admin, team captain and/or player.

Is there a setup fee?

Nope.

Is our data backed up in the case of an emergency?

Backups are done on a nightly basis, with the duplicates sent to a different location than live server. So we got your back on this one.

Can I change my subdomain at a later time?

You can. If you think up a cooler subdomain all you have to do is edit your league details. Just make sure you tell everyone in your league to avoid an uproar.

Are player stats for previous seasons visible at a later time?

Player stats are grouped by the season. So if a player has played for more than one season you will see their stats grouped accordingly and easily visible in following seasons.

Do I still have to pay if the auto scheduler didn't produce a schedule I was happy with?

No way. You are not charged until the schedule has been created and you confirm that you are happy with it. If you don't like it, or there is something wrong with it, you can reject the schedule. Once you reject a schedule the games that were created are removed and you can make the necessary changes and try again.

Can I get a refund once the season has started?

Unfortunately, once you have accepted your season schedule the deal has been done. Because of this we would recommend not accepting the schedule until all teams are fully confirmed.
